SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Products are shipped to the address indicated by the user when ordering. Delivery takes place approximately within 1-10 working days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. The user is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and to report any damage within 48 hours. In the event of a delay exceeding 14 working days, the user can request a refund for the order.
Exchange and return Policy
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned intact, in the original packaging and without signs of use. The refund will be made with the same payment method used, within 14 days of receiving the return. The return costs are borne by the user.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery;

supply of goods which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

products that show signs of use or are not returned in their original intact packaging;

goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.
