GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Introduction
   These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the website www.lumierebeautycare.it ("Website"), operated by Ludena S.n.c., located at Via Alessandro Manzoni 3, 20021 Bollate (MI), VAT number IT14002860964.

2. Scope of Application
   These terms apply to the sale of products through the Website both to consumers, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), and to professional users, where applicable. By making a purchase on the Website, the user fully accepts these terms.

3. Products and Availability
   The products offered for sale on the Website are described on their respective product pages, with details on their essential characteristics, price, and availability. The images are purely illustrative. The availability of products may vary without prior notice; in case of unavailability after the order, the user will be promptly informed and can choose between a refund or a replacement with a product of equal price.

4. Prices and Payments
   All prices are expressed in Euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and communicated before order confirmation. Payments can be made via PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and other methods indicated on the Website. Payment is due at the time of the order.

5. Purchase Procedure and Conclusion of the Contract
   To place an order, the user must select the desired products and add them to the cart. Before submitting the order, the user will view a summary of the order, including the total price and any shipping fees. Submitting the order constitutes a binding contractual offer. The contract is considered concluded when Ludena S.n.c. sends the order confirmation via email, containing a summary of the purchased products, total price, and estimated delivery times.

6. Shipping and Delivery
   The products are shipped to the address provided by the user at the time of the order. Delivery typically occurs within 1-10 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. The user is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. In case of a delay exceeding 14 business days, the user may request a refund of the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal
   Under the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 14 days from delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and without signs of use. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used, within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the user's responsibility.
   The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• supply of custom-made or clearly personalized goods;

• supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery;

• supply of goods that, by their nature, are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• products showing signs of use or not returned in their original, undamaged packaging;

• goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

1. Legal Warranty and Non-Conformity
   The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128 to 135-septies of the Consumer Code. If a product is defective or non-conforming, the user is entitled to repair or replacement at no cost. If these solutions are impossible or excessively costly, the user may obtain a price reduction or contract termination. To enforce the warranty, the user must report the defect within two months of discovery.

2. Limitation of Liability
   Ludena S.n.c. is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, government regulations, etc.). Additionally, Ludena S.n.c. is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the improper use of the purchased products. Ludena S.n.c.'s liability is limited to the amount of the order in any case.

3. Protection of Personal Data
   The personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with personal data protection laws, as outlined in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, if the user is a consumer, the jurisdiction is the court of the user's place of residence or domicile; in all other cases, the jurisdiction is the court of Milan.
